Abstract #1 - A Journey

Background

I have an interest in exploring more abstract elements in my work.

This was based on a painting I did using colours to reflect events in my life.

I liked the outcome of the painting and decided it would make a nice wall quilt.

The quilt’s construction was more satisfying than painting it (although it took much longer to complete!).
